We are seeking a Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data platforms and pipelines that power advanced analytics, machine learning, and Generative/Agentic AI solutions.

This role spans the end-to-end data lifecycle—from ingestion and transformation to governance, reliability, and performance—while working closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop robust batch and real-time data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Build and maintain modern data architectures (lakehouse, data warehouse, feature store, vector database).
• Enable AI/ML and LLM workloads by preparing high-quality, reliable, and scalable datasets.
• Implement data modeling, transformation, and orchestration using distributed processing frameworks.
• Develop data services and APIs to support analytics, applications, and AI agents.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, observability, and governance across the platform.
• Deploy and operate data infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP using CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency of data systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, KVKK).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (MSc preferred).
• 3–5+ years of experience in data engineering, data platform, or backend data roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• MongoDB experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Data processing frameworks (Spark, Databricks, Flink, or similar)
• Workflow orchestration (Airflow, Prefect, etc.)
• Cloud data services on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Relational and NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and ETL/ELT design.
• Experience with containerization, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred:

• Advanced degree in a quantitative or engineering discipline.
• Experience supporting ML, MLOps, LLM, or RAG pipelines.
• Familiarity with streaming systems (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub).
• Knowledge of data governance, cataloging, and observability tools.
