Data Engineer

Summary

Build and maintain data pipelines and models for ad-tech revenue systems using Snowflake, Salesforce, and GCP, ensuring data quality and supporting GTM analytics.

This is a remote position.

About the Job

As a Data Engineer at Aspire, you will build the data infrastructure and intelligence layer that powers Indeed's Go-To-Market revenue engine — including lead routing, advertiser identity resolution, campaign segmentation, and Sales tooling across Salesforce, Snowflake, and GCP. You will build and maintain data pipelines, model GTM data assets, and collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver on project deliverables. This role requires a strong focus on data quality, validation, and schema management across GTM data marts. This position is open to candidates in LATAM with core working hours of 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT (US Central time).

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain data pipelines across Snowflake, Salesforce Data Cloud, and GCP.

  • Model and maintain GTM data assets, including parent company, advertiser identity, lead enrichment, and revenue data.

  • Collaborate with engineers and Product Managers on GTMDR JIRA project deliverables.

  • Write and optimize SQL/IQL queries for reporting and analytics use cases.

  • Support data quality, validation, and schema management across GTM data marts.

What You'll Need

  • Strong SQL and Snowflake experience (required).

  • Strong Python scripting skills for data transformation.

  • Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines using dbt, Airflow, or similar orchestration tools.

  • Experience with GCP or AWS cloud data platforms.

  • Familiarity with CRM data (leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities).

  • Ability to work during US Central time (CDT/CST) core hours (9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CT).

  • Experience with Salesforce SOQL.

  • Experience with ZoomInfo or D&B data enrichment.

  • Experience with GTM or revenue analytics.

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or Salesforce data models (preferred).

  • Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO / SOC or similar standards.
