Data Engineer

Audy Dental has been serving patients in Indonesia for more than 17 years with 60+ branch clinics in Jabodetabek, Karawang, Bandung, Semarang, and Surabaya. Audy Dental serves more than 30.000+ patients every month.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a consistent, scalable enterprise data architecture.
• Build and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouses from various source systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance, and Patient Management Systems).
• Maintain high data quality, accuracy, and integrity through robust data validation and automated monitoring.
• Optimize database and infrastructure performance for fast reporting and analytics.
• Establish data governance frameworks, including data dictionaries, data lineage, and master data management.
• Allocate resources, prioritize data projects, and collaborate with the IT Project Manager and external vendors/consultants.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders (Finance, Operations, Marketing, HC) to translate business needs into actionable, data-driven strategies.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Warehousing.
• Mastery of BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
