Data Engineer: BI, AI & Cloud Data Platforms

Arsenalia, based in Italy, seeks a BI/Analytics professional to deliver Microsoft data solutions and lead digital transformation initiatives. You will work with Power BI, SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, and Azure services across multiple business domains while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Work on Microsoft application implementation projects, leveraging Microsoft data platforms such as Power BI, SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks. Design and implement innovative solutions for medium and large enterprises as part of their Digital Transformation initiatives. Gain exposure to and deepen your understanding of business processes across domains including sales, finance & controlling, logistics, customer service, marketing, IoT, and more. Explore and work with other Microsoft technologies and platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, AI, and Dynamics 365. Thrive in a dynamic environment that supports your professional growth, alongside skilled and collaborative teammates. Contribute to pre-sales by engaging with clients, gathering requirements, presenting solution approaches, and supporting tailored data and AI solutions. Experience in delivering Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions. Knowledge of Microsoft BI platforms and technologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies. Flexibility and adaptability when working in new environments and across different projects. Hands-on experience with technologies such as Power BI, SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks. Experience managing project activities, timelines, and cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel for short, medium, or long-term assignments. English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
