ETL / Control-M / EAI Operations Lead

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ETL / Control-M / EAI Operations Lead to drive productivity improvement, incident reduction, and shift management excellence. The successful candidate will collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver optimal, well-documented data integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive measurable productivity improvement and reduction of incidents and operational events.
  • Manage shift operations, ensuring adequate coverage and smooth handovers.
  • Engage with internal business and technology stakeholders to accurately gather and interpret requirements, functional specifications, and data/database models.
  • Support the design and delivery of innovative and optimal data integration solutions.
  • Integrate ETL, Control-M, and EAI development with existing codebase to maximise component reuse and maintainability.
  • Document ETL, Control-M, and EAI processes, programs, and solutions in accordance with established organisational standards.
  • Adhere to configuration management and software release processes as required by the company.
  • Monitor and administer the ETL / Control-M / EAI platform to verify execution integrity and measure performance.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in ETL development and operations (e.g. Informatica, Talend, or equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience with Control-M job scheduling and administration.
  • Familiarity with EAI platforms and middleware integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of database models, SQL, and data flow design.
  • Experience in shift-based operations or on-call support environments.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technology teams.
