We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team and drive the development of robust business intelligence solutions and dashboards. With at least 3 years of experience, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that empower decision-making across the organization.

What You’ll Do:
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes
- Develop interactive dashboards and BI reports to visualize complex data sets
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions
- Optimize database performance and ensure high data quality standards
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and best practices
- Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc data analysis needs
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Data Engineer or similar role in BI/Dashboards environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, and data warehousing concepts
- Hands-on experience with BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Solid understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
