Data Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Build and own the data systems that power ClariFi's operations, reporting, and decision-making.
• Build data pipelines: Ingest, clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Automate workflows: Replace repetitive manual processes with reliable, automated systems.
• Reconcile data: Identify and resolve discrepancies across application, approval, attribution, and payout data.
• Integrate systems: Work with APIs, databases, and external platforms to move data reliably.
• Improve reliability: Debug issues, handle exceptions, and make systems more accurate and scalable.

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills. You can break down unfamiliar problems, think logically, and learn quickly.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical thinking.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets, SQL, Python, APIs, and workflow automation tools such as n8n.
• Ability to debug independently and build reliable solutions.
• High ownership. You take problems from understanding to implementation without constant supervision.
