Data Engineer

Our client is a local designer and manufacturer specializing in the creation of quality products such as art collectibles.

  • Design, develop and maintain data ETL processes
  • Facilitate technical planning and optimize the data infrastructure, models and pipelines
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs
  • Develop processes to answer recurring business questions and identify improvement gaps
  • Ensure quality of data through continuous improvement and monitoring

Requirements

  • At least 2 years prior experience in the following technologies and languages:

- SQL/NoSQL and BI visualization (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, AWS Quicksight)
- Python or other related programming languages
Developing and maintaining ELT/ETL scripts and pipelines
- Experience with data warehousing (e.g. AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery and Microsoft Azure SQL Data Warehouse)

  • Able to work closely with various internal teams and stakeholders
  • Data-driven, highly organized
  • Deadline-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Have exposure to Agile and weekly sprint and release working models
  • Strong command of English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Singaporeans only
