Our Data Platform gives teams access to modern data management, analytics and AI through Databricks, Dremio, Tableau and Alation, alongside MIX-our framework for consistent, governed and reliable market data onboarding. As a Data Engineer, you will build reliable data pipelines, improve data quality and help teams access and use trusted data. Working closely with business and technology colleagues, you will drive enterprise-wide data harmonisation and develop a low-code/no-code self-service onboarding platform that makes data integration easier and more scalable. About the role - Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines that integrate data from diverse sources into the RWEST Data Platform. - Drive enterprise-wide data harmonisation by partnering with business stakeholders to improve data quality, metadata, consistency of data standards and the overall data estate. - Architect and deliver a low-code/no-code self-service data onboarding platform, enabling scalable, user-friendly data integration across the organisation. - Develop reusable data models and transformations that deliver consistent, trusted datasets for analytics, trading and AI use cases. - Embed automated testing, monitoring, lineage and governance into data pipelines to strengthen reliability, traceability and security. - Collaborate with engineers, architects and business teams to translate requirements into production-ready data solutions and improve performance and cost efficiency.
