In this hands-on role, you will build and maintain a scalable data platform to deliver analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions. You’ll work within a modern data-team, focusing on Snowflake, Azure, Python, and CI/CD to support cloud-based platform development. You will collaborate with engineers, analysts and stakeholders to implement practical data solutions and improve platform reliability. This is an impactful opportunity to shape data-driven capabilities in Asset Management and work across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Snowflake data models, transformations and pipelines
  • Enhance dbt models, testing frameworks and deployment processes
  • Create Python utilities and services for data integration and automation
  • Support Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions and CI/CD pipelines
  • Utilize Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control, reviews and deployments
  • Troubleshoot production issues and improve platform reliability
  • Collaborate with engineers, analysts and stakeholders to deliver practical solutions
Key requirements
  • Strong SQL and Snowflake experience
  • Data engineering and ETL/ELT development
  • Dimensional modelling (Kimball)
  • dbt development and engineering best practices
  • Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions and CI/CD
  • Python development for automation and data processing
  • Azure DevOps or GitHub
  • Experience using AI development tools like GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot
  • Financial Services, Asset Management or Wealth Management experience
