Data Engineer

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Cabling Engineer to join ongoing projects across Bristol. This is a hands-on role covering the installation, termination, and testing of structured cabling systems in commercial and industrial environments.

Duties

• Installing Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, and fibre optic cabling
• Terminating and testing data cables to required standards
• Containment work (tray, basket, trunking, conduit)
• Fault finding and troubleshooting
• Working to site drawings and H&S standards

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Data Cabling Engineer
• CSCS/ECS card
• Own tools and PPE
• IPAF/PASMA (advantage)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
