Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead discussions with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into AI/ML projects.
• Design and develop ML models (CV, NLP, Recommendation, Synthetic AI) for real-world applications.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle concept, design, prototyping, testing, deployment, and operationalisation.
• Perform technical assessments on AI research, technologies, and trends for industry adoption.
• Work with cross-functional teams (product owners, engineers, industry partners, research institutes) for collaborative delivery.
• Conduct model deployment on cloud, mobile, and IoT environments.
• Present findings, refine solutions based on feedback, and manage project timelines.
• Follow agile software development best practices, ensuring documentation, secure coding, and scalability.
• Transfer AI technologies to industry partners for adoption.

Job Skills & Requirements:

• Postgraduate / Ph.D. in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Strong technical expertise in AI/ML with focus on Computer Vision, NLP, Recommendation Systems, Synthetic AI.
• Proficient in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Hands-on experience in building, training, and deploying ML models.
• Knowledge of AI deployment on mobile and IoT devices.
• Experience in stakeholder management and agile project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
