Data Engineer(ETL & SQL)
Summary
Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouses using SQL and tools like SSIS or Informatica to integrate and transform data for analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for data integration and transformation.
Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and data warehouse solutions.
Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to support reporting and analytics.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance across multiple data sources.
Collaborate with Data Analysts, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions.
Troubleshoot data issues and optimize existing ETL processes.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Required Skills
2-3 years of experience in Data Engineering or ETL Development.
Strong SQL skills (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Informatica, Talend, DBT, DataStage, or Azure Data Factory.
Knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL concepts.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage.
Familiarity with Python or Shell scripting is a plus.
