We’re looking for an Expert Data Engineer who cannavigate comfortably between SAP BW, HANA, AWS, Python, SQL and modern dataengineering.

You’ll be working on the Volume & Capacity Managementand QMT Frontdesk product, supporting areas such as:

Capacity Management QMTFrontdesk and plant control functions Supply& Value Stream Planning Datatransformation and modelling Cloud-baseddata processing and integration

This is an expert-level role, so we’re looking forsomeone who doesn't just follow the map, you can help draw the map whenthere isn't one!

What You’ll Be Doing Assistwith migrating the product from ABW to CBW, including deployment,testing and resolving migration issues. Understandthe complete solution landscape and how SAP BW, AWS, Java Frontend and Gurobi work together. Setup and support AWS processes for CRUD operations, data synchronisationand system integration. Fix,enhance and optimise existing solutions. Conductextensive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to get beyond the symptoms andfind the real problem. Analysecomplex technical issues and develop robust, sustainable solutions. Gatherbusiness requirements and translate them into detailed technicalsolutions. Produceclear and useful technical documentation. Workwithin Agile frameworks, including JIRA-based delivery. Collaboratewith technical teams, business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Providestrategic technical advice and help manage stakeholder expectations. Shareknowledge and provide guidance to other team members.

Expert-levelunderstanding of complex data environments. Provenability to solve challenging technical problems independently. Experienceguiding or supporting other technical professionals.
