- Design, build, and evolve scalable data architecture aligned with business and AI/ML requirements
- Develop and manage data ingestion pipelines from diverse sources, ensuring data is clean, structured, and ready for analytics or model training
- Prepare data for AI, ML, and advanced analytics, improving quality, reliability, and accessibility
- Integrate data from APIs, databases, events, and additional internal and external sources
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to deliver models and AI flows to endpoints, supporting deployment, monitoring, and full lifecycle management
- Automate workflows using CI/CD, orchestration tools, and modern DevOps/MLOps practices
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Deploy and monitor pipelines and models using cloud-native tools, with Azure preferred
- Provide documentation, support, and guidance to internal stakeholders and customers
- Continuously improve tools, workflows, and architecture
- Stay current with emerging data and AI technologies and best practices
- Work in an agile, cross-functional environment aligned with company OKRs
- Take ownership of technical decisions and their impact on the product and platform
