- Build and maintain data pipelines under supervision, gradually taking ownership of individual components
- Work hands-on with cloud services on Azure or AWS
- Turn analyses into actionable client outputs and present them clearly
- Ask questions that identify the root cause of a problem
- Join Learning Labs, share acquired knowledge, and use feedback to improve quickly
- Completed Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Econometrics, Mathematics, or a related technical field
- Graduating in 2026 or having graduated recently
- Solid Python programming skills and the ability to write robust SQL queries
- Experience with Git
- Foundation in statistics and mathematics and understanding of common machine learning algorithms
- Curiosity about the business side and interest in understanding why a client needs something
- Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical people
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Drive to learn quickly, ask for feedback, and share knowledge
- Nice to have: familiarity with Azure or AWS through courses, internships, xgiwjmb or side projects
- Two weeks of full-time training at the start, included in development investment worth €5.000 annually
- Salary is based on 40 hours and excludes vacation allowance
