ReciMe is a recipe app revolutionizing how cooks organize, plan and shop their recipes. Our smart importing tool enables users to aggregate all their recipes in one platform within seconds - whether those recipes came from an Instagram video, recipe blog or grandma's recipe box.
Now, we're looking for a Data Engineer to join our team!
Someone who is obsessed with turning messy data into a single source of truth & analyzing the data.
You'll start by owning our Marketing BI stack — unifying spend, attribution, pLTV, and revenue across every channel — and grow into supporting product analytics, experimentation, and broader data infrastructure as we scale.
🚀 What You'll Do
- Work with the senior leaders in the marketing & product teams very closely on designing and building our data infrastructure end to end.
- Build new system for our performance marketing team to analyse data
- Ingest predicted LTV figures by ad set / campaign and correspond that to marketing spend. Break this down by geo, ad platform
- Pull data from MMPs, ad platforms, revenue sources
- Help with data analysis on more complex data topics like predicted LTV, long term ROAS
- Own data accuracy — troubleshoot discrepancies across attribution, network, revenue, and product data sources.
- Maintain and iterate on dashboards and pipelines as new channels, campaigns, products, or data sources are added.
- Over time, expand into product data — supporting analytics, experimentation, and data tooling for the product team as we grow.
💪 What You Bring
- You're curious, analytical, and obsessed with data quality — you love digging into discrepancies, chasing down why numbers disagree, and building systems that tell the truth.
- Experience building data pipelines and BI dashboards
Strong SQL and experience with modern data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake)
- Comfortable integrating with third-party APIs — ad networks, attribution platforms, payment providers, or product analytics tools.
- You have a bias for action: you ship fast, break things carefully, and iterate as new channels and data sources come online.
- You're organized, proactive, and love collaborating across marketing, product, and engineering.
- Nice to have: experience with building pLTV modeling for subscription based apps
