Data Engineer | Hybrid

Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Engineer to build and maintain data systems that support reporting, analytics, and business operations. You will ensure data is reliable, organized, and easy to access for teams across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Data Pipeline Development

• Build and maintain data pipelines for collecting, processing, and storing data

• Integrate data from different internal and external sources

• Manage data warehouses and data storage solutions

• Monitor and improve system performance and efficiency

Data Quality & Reliability

• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and consistent

• Monitor data pipelines and fix issues when they arise

• Set up checks to maintain data quality

Collaboration & Reporting Support

• Work with analysts, data scientists, and business teams to understand data needs

• Provide clean and ready-to-use datasets for reports and dashboards

Data Security & Governance

• Follow data privacy and security standards

• Apply access controls and protect sensitive data

• Help maintain proper documentation and data tracking

Documentation & Automation

• Document data processes, workflows, and systems

• Automate tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with new data tools and technologies

• Suggest improvements to data systems and processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Analysis

• Experience with data pipelines, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT processes

• Familiarity with SQL and databases

• Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
