Data team builds the foundational data infrastructure and analytics tools that power Amazon's hiring decisions. We create secure, scalable solutions that enable teams across ITA to access and analyze recruitment data effectively while maintaining data integrity.
Key job responsibilities
• Design and implement scalable, secure data pipelines and infrastructure using AWS technologies and big data tools
• Build and maintain high-performance ETL processes that handle large-scale, complex datasets
• Architect end-to-end analytical solutions that are highly available, stable, and cost-effective
• Transform raw data into actionable insights through effective data modeling and integration
• Implement best practices in data system creation, data integrity, and documentation
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

The Data team is the engine behind ITA’s success, creating pathways to information upon which all of the organization’s products are built and enabling Amazon to make correct hiring decisions a million times over. Focused on building scalable long term solutions, the team empowers engineers and consumers to develop, access, and analyze data independently with a high degree of data privacy and integrity.
