Data Engineer
Summary
Designs and builds Azure-based data pipelines and warehouses, ensuring clean, validated data for analytics using Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and T-SQL.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Business Understanding At least (3) years of relevant experience in:
- Business Requirement Analysis
- Business Process and System Understanding
- Effective Communication with both business and technical users
- Azure Data Engineering At least (2) years of hands-on experience as Azure Data Engineer using:
- Azure Data Factory
- Azure Synapse Analytics / Datawarehouse
- Preferably with relevant certifications from Microsoft including Azure Data Engineer Associate;
- Data Ingestion & Modelling At least (3) years of hands-on experience in
- Performing data Ingestion using Data factory & T-SQL stored procedure and data harmonizing
- Implementing Data Quality validation
- Good to have following skills
- Knowledge of Azure Databricks
- Data modelling in Azure Analysis Services using star and snowflake schema.
- Knowledge of writing DAX query to create measures & dimensions.
- Python Coding Experience
