Within BNP Paribas Personal Finance, we are going to create an academy with the aim of bringing in students starting in an internship modality who can provide support to an international development team, which is part of South Europe Technologies (SET Iberia) - International Shared Services Center for IT, Data and Operations.

After an onboarding period together with the technical leader and the rest of the team, the main responsibilities of the position will be:

• Identify and propose improvements that optimize the performance and processes of the implemented data solutions.
• Collect and analyze the requirements proposed by the different business areas.
• Ability to interpret large volumes of data and extract relevant conclusions.
• Implement solutions for the extraction and transformation of stored data.
• Develop skills to translate complex data into understandable reports for technical and non-technical audiences. These reports must be designed, automated, and published using Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Collaborate with other areas and interdisciplinary teams (business analysts, data scientists, etc.) in the development of data-driven analytical products.
• Based on the experience developed, propose improvements in the data quality and governance established by the Data Office.
• Staying up to date with trends and best practices in the design and implementation of the different technologies applied to the management and development of data-based projects.

The requirements you will need to cover this position are:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or other Engineering disciplines. Or in related fields such as mathematics, statistics, physics, or equivalents.
• Training through specialized courses and/or bootcamps in data analytics and Big Data.
• We value previous experience in a company.
