Data Engineer Intern: HR Analytics & Insights

STMicroelectronics Italia is seeking an HR Analytics professional to design and implement an HR reporting and projection tool that supports events analysis, decision making, and forecasting. You will collaborate with the HR Analytics Team to design data flows, ingest data, and transform it into actionable insights.

Create Power BI dashboards for HR and business stakeholders. Collect requirements from ST locations worldwide. Identify and fix data issues and bugs. Strong data analysis and statistical skills. Ability to design dashboards and visualizations. Experience in stakeholder management across teams.
