Data Engineer Intern
About the Role:
Ryt Bank is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our dynamic Data Engineering team. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team to develop and execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases for data engineering projects.
Identify and document defects, anomalies, and issues encountered during testing.
Work closely with business analysts to draft and refine Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
Ensure that BRDs accurately capture project requirements and objectives.
Collaborate with your supervisor to update training materials, documentation, and resources related to data engineering processes and projects.
Assist in data understanding and mapping exercises to ensure data integrity and quality.
Create documentation to support data lineage, data dictionaries, and data transformation processes.
Utilize your SQL skills to query and manipulate data, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or any related field
Curiosity for continuous learning and improvement
SQL and Python skills are optional but preferred for data manipulation and automation tasks.
