Summary
Manages and troubleshoots intelligence collection tool accounts for government agencies, ensuring compliance and security while liaising between contractors and government personnel.
Title: Data Engineer
Location: Reston, VA or Bethesda, MD
Clearance: TS/SCI w/CI polygraph
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts for intelligence collection tools used by agencies across the IC and DOD to include account creation, monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance and updating.
- Lead correspondence between office and customers on all account issues.
- Answer questions regarding product and account details from users throughout the DOD and IC.
- Maintain awareness of current operational and strategic-level intelligence matters in order to properly assist collectors with practical and timely solutions.
- Perfom cybersecurity audits to ensure analysts compliance will all regulations and security measures while performing collection.
- Assist and answer inquiries from collectors and analysts as necessary.
- Act as intermediary between government personnel and contract teams.
- Draft standard operating procedure documents for account management.
- Assist contractor or government leadership with all other matters pertaining to office operations as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least 8 years of experience in the IC
- Current TS/SCI clearance w/ a CI polygraph
