Summary
Design and build scalable data pipelines for a Finnish financial reporting project using Hadoop, Spark, and SQL; translate regulatory requirements into robust data solutions.
Salary: 1100 - 1450 PLN/day on B2B
Work model: hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (3 days per week from the office)

Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on developing a new reporting solution driven by regulatory requirements for the Finnish National Land Survey and the Positive Credit Register. The initiative demands expertise in distributed data processing and translating complex business requirements into efficient SQL statements. As part of the team, you will contribute to ensuring high data quality and collaborate closely with Production Assurance and support teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data processing pipelines
- Translate business requirements into robust SQL queries
- Provide L3 support and cooperate with Production Assurance
- Communicate technical issues and solutions effectively to business stakeholders
Expected competences and knowledge
- Extensive experience in data engineering and distributed data processing
- Proficiency in translating complex requirements to executable SQL
- Strong communication skills for bridging technical and business perspectives
- Experience in L3 support and collaborative problem‑solving
