As a Data Engineer, you will build and maintain data pipelines for an AI-driven talent platform, enabling clean, transformed data to feed analytics and ML models. You will collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to support data-driven talent insights and equitable representation. You’ll work in a collaborative, fast-paced team focused on scalable data solutions and meaningful impact. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to shape data infrastructure in a mission-driven company.
Responsibilities- Design and develop data pipelines to ingest, clean, transform, and load data into the database
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and efficient integration into the data store
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers and data scientists to enable seamless data analysis
- Support and enhance the AI-driven talent platform within a dynamic team
- Operate in a cloud-enabled environment to scale data infrastructure
- Experience in a heavy data environment with strong statistical analysis background
- Proficiency in AWS (preferred) and cloud-based data engineering
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience building, managing and enhancing data pipelines
- STEM background is not strictly required
