- Strong experience operating and supporting cloud-based data platforms in AWS, including monitoring, incident management, root cause analysis and performance optimisation across data pipelines, orchestration frameworks and platform services.
- Proven experience owning analytical data solutions in production, with responsibility for platform reliability, scalability, observability and cost optimisation in cloud environments.
- Deep expertise in SQL, dbt and AWS data services, particularly Redshift, S3 and Glue, with the ability to build, optimise and maintain robust data models and transformation pipelines.
- Experience designing, building and delivering scalable, production-grade analytical data products that support enterprise reporting, analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Strong focus on engineering excellence, including automation, testing, data quality, monitoring and operational best practices to ensure reliable and performant data solutions.
