Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Data Engineer to leverage their experience in the public cloud to interpret our customers’ business and technical requirements in order to extract the value from their data, using GCP products and services as well as other industry-known technologies.
In this position you will:
work as part of the Managed Data Service team, working with our customers to support their data-ops and data projectsbe involved in designing, building, maintaining and troubleshooting data pipelines, models and transformationshelp to build, maintain and troubleshoot data observability solutions to improve data qualityhelp turn data into valuable business insights, preparing custom solutions optimised for each clientQualifications
We are looking canditations with the below qualifications:
BA/BS in Computer Science or Math, or related technical field / equivalent experienceExperience in one or more development languages, with a strong preference for Python, JavaBasic knowledge of GOGood DBT knowledge Proficient in SQLGood knowledge of Looker and/or Power BISome experience with programming in Agile methodologyKnowledge of database and data analysis technologies, including relational and NoSQL databases, data warehouse design, and ETL/ELT pipelines.Relevant experience with Azure/AWS/GCP data products and servicesFluency in EnglishNice to have:
