About you
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, they are hiring at all levels so Senior Data Engineers & Technical Leads will be considered.
- First-Class Honours/Distinction or 2:1 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Russell Group preferred)
- Strong experience designing and building data-intensive applications and pipelines
- Advanced Python and SQL skills with a focus on clean, scalable code
- Experience with data matching, reconciliation, and entity resolution across multiple sources
- Exposure to some or all of the following:
- Spark and Databricks
- AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- Airflow or similar orchestration tools
- Git, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
- Work with complex financial and macroeconomic datasets at scale
- Join a small, highly capable engineering team
- Modern data stack (Python, Spark, Databricks, Azure)
- Ownership of core data platforms and engineering decisions
- Exposure to financial markets, investment analytics, and quantitative research
