Years of Related Experience:

At least 1–3 years of related experience in HRIS, system administration, application support, workflow configuration, or technical support. Experience with Darwinbox or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.
Specialization:

HRIS technical support, Darwinbox system configuration, workflow automation, module setup and maintenance, system troubleshooting, user support, reporting, and basic system integration.
Skills Set:

Knowledgeable in Darwinbox setup and modification, including module improvements, workflows, forms, approval routing, employee data management, access configuration, and report generation.

Must have technical capability in coding or scripting, preferably with basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, APIs, and low-code/no-code automation tools.

Familiarity with AI-assisted coding or "vibe coding" tools is an advantage. Must be analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of translating HR process requirements into system configurations and technical solutions.
