Data Engineer: Microsoft BI & Cloud Analytics

Arsenalia is looking for a skilled Data Engineer to join our team in Treviso, Milano, Padova, Venezia. You will work on BI projects using Power BI, SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks, driving digital transformation across enterprises.

You’ll design innovative data solutions, gain exposure to diverse business domains, and collaborate with international teams while growing your expertise in enterprise solutions. Willingness to travel is required.

Work on Microsoft application implementation projects, leveraging Microsoft data platforms such as Power BI, SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks. Design and implement innovative solutions for medium and large enterprises as part of their Digital Transformation initiatives. Gain exposure to and deepen your understanding of business processes across departments like sales, finance & controlling, logistics, and customer service. Explore and work with other Microsoft technologies and platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, AI, and Dynamics 365. Contribute to pre-sales initiatives by engaging with clients, gathering business requirements, presenting solution approaches, and supporting the definition of tailored data and AI solutions. Experience in delivering Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions. Knowledge of Microsoft Business Intelligence platforms and technologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies. Willingness to travel for short, medium, or long‑term assignments. Hands‑on experience with Power BI, SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks.
