Data Engineer | London (Hybrid) | £60,000–£80,000 + Benefits

We're working with a highly regarded financial services firm looking to add a Data Engineer to its growing technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious engineer who enjoys building modern data solutions and wants to work with the latest Microsoft technologies, including the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.

Working as part of a collaborative, high-performing team, you'll help design, develop and support data platforms that play a key role in the business. The position offers plenty of variety, combining engineering, problem solving and close collaboration with stakeholders.

We're keen to speak with people who have experience with:

  1. Azure and the Microsoft data ecosystem
  2. Designing and building data pipelines
  3. Supporting production data environments
  4. SQL and modern data engineering practices
  5. Financial services data (particularly investment management or buy-side) is advantageous but not essential

This role would suit someone who is naturally curious, enjoys learning new technologies and is looking to accelerate their career within a supportive team where they'll have real ownership and exposure.
