Tasks
What you’ll do:
- Design, develop and maintain data pipelines, products and streaming solutions
- Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, integration and delivery
- Create and maintain APIs and integrations for data exchange
- Gather and refine technical and business requirements
- Analyze complex data scenarios and implement solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams
- Contribute to CI/CD, deployment automation and solution improvements
- Provide operational support (10-15% of time)
- Work in an Agile international environment (Jira)
Requirements
What you’ll bring:
- Solid Data Engineering experience (Python, Azure or GCP)
- Hands-on with Azure Data Factory, Unity Catalog, Databricks, PySpark, data pipelines
- Strong in data ingestion, transformation, storage, integration
- API development (Python), data exchange services
- Familiar with CI/CD, version control, automation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Comfortable in Linux/Windows, international Agile teams
- English B2/C1
- Hybrid work (2 days/week in Gdańsk)
Nice to have:
- GCP (BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage)
- Kubernetes/Docker Swarm, Apache Kafka, Grafana
- Terraform & basic understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code concepts
