Data Engineer
Summary
Build and maintain ETL pipelines and data warehouses for an insurance client using SQL Server, SSIS, and dimensional modeling.
We are looking for a Data Engineer for placement in our insurance client.
Requirements
Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Data Engineer
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
Hands-on experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
Good understanding of Data Warehouse, ETL processes, and dimensional modeling.
Experience in SQL performance tuning, indexing, and query optimization.
Familiarity with SQL Server Agent, backup & recovery, and database maintenance.
Experience with Power BI is a plus.
Experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry is an advantage.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
