Summary
Build and maintain AWS data pipelines (Glue, Athena, Lambda) in Python, curate datasets for BI tools, and create dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract Data Engineer to work in Barcelona, this contract will be initially 6 months on a daily rate basis - Autónomo
Key experience:
- Strong experience building AWS data pipelines (Athena, Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, S3)
- Strong SQL for data modeling and transformations
- Able to curate datasets and expose them to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Superset)
- Experience building dashboards and reports on top of curated data
- Familiarity with permissions
- Proficiency in Python; TypeScript experience is a plus
- Fluent in using AI tools (co-pilot, cursor)
