We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines that support our data-driven decision-making processes.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks for NLP and GenAI use cases.
- Design experiments to improve model quality, accuracy, reliability, latency and cost.
- Perform error analysis and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers and business stakeholders.
- Deploy, monitor and continuously improve AI-enabled solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy and responsible AI requirements.
Experience requirements
- Preferred experience: 5-8 years
- Candidates with strong AI, NLP and GenAI experience will be prioritised.
- Production deployment experience is highly desirable.
