We're on a mission to grow Rewire's business by leaps and bounds, and we're looking for a Data Engineer to help us reach our goals. You'll have the incredible opportunity to engage in data and AI projects, collaborate closely with the client, and enable impactful results for our valued clients. Your role is going to be amazing! You'll support the day-to-day execution of transformation projects from a technical angle. This means, for example, working on technical design and development of data & AI solutions, shaping the vision on architecture with our clients, and assessing where organizations stand in their data transformation journey. You’ll get trained as a technical leader acting on the intersection of business, technology, data & AI.

Job Requirements

What makes you shine

You’re a motivated problem solver and a curious learner – with a passion for turning data & AI into real business impact. You’ll thrive with us if you bring:

A Master’s degree with excellent results in a quantitative or STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Econometrics)

Practical experience through internships, projects, or research – demonstrating your ability to build and maintain data pipelines, design scalable systems, and deliver reliable, production‑ready solutions

A hands‑on, growth mindset – you take ownership of your tasks, embrace challenges, and contribute to solutions that create real value

Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit – you enjoy working in teams, explaining technical concepts clearly, and supporting a positive, inclusive work environment

Sharp analytical and technical skills – you excel at both problem‑solving and implementing solutions that bridge business and technology

Fluency in English (written and spoken), with Dutch being a plus, and willingness to travel regularly to client sites

Where you’ll work

Most projects require working onsite at client locations across the Netherlands, Germany, and occasionally other parts of Europe for several days each week.
