Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong SAP expertise to drive improvements in freight and transportation logistics. This role focuses on analysing freight movement, managing 3PL relationships, and leveraging SAP capabilities to optimise processes and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Freight & Logistics Analysis: Evaluate freight movement, carrier performance, transit times, and transportation spend to identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities.
• 3PL Management: Manage relationships with third-party freight/logistics providers; monitor SLA compliance, track performance metrics, and resolve service issues.
• SAP Expertise (Advanced): Go beyond basic SAP usage, work hands-on with SAP configuration, data structures, and logistics-related modules (e.g., SAP TM, SD, MM) to support reporting, troubleshooting, and process design
• UAT Planning & Execution: Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing plans for SAP enhancements and freight system upgrades, ensuring accuracy and functionality before go-live.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with finance, procurement, customer service, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into system or process solutions.
• Reporting & Insights: Build dashboards and reports to track freight costs, carrier performance, and logistics KPIs.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in business analysis with a focus on supply chain, logistics, and SAP.
• Proficiency in UAT, SAP, and data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
