Our client in the Morbihan region seeking a dedicated Data Engineer to join their growing IT department. This is a strategic opportunity to help shape and evolve a group wide data ecosystem during a period of significant company growth.

In this role you will work closely with the ESM team to manage data flows and build out decision support systems. You will be instrumental in defining the future of the group data architecture and ensuring that information assets are leveraged effectively to drive business performance.
Your core responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing functional requirements alongside Product Owners to design and implement business intelligence solutions. You will be expected to create dashboards and key performance indicators that assist various departments in their daily operations and strategic decision making.
A major part of this position involves industrializing data interfaces. You will develop and maintain connections between various internal applications with a specific focus on the integration of a new Infor M3 ERP system. Ensuring the reliability, traceability, and supervision of these data exchanges is paramount.
You will also work on the foundation of the data architecture by developing reference data models and contributing to technical choices regarding storage and exchange protocols. Working in tandem with the Data Manager, you will promote data governance, improve data quality, and foster a data centric culture across the organization.
The ideal candidate will hold a Master degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or Business Intelligence. We are looking for professionals with at least five years of experience in a data focused environment or application integration role.
Technical requirements for this position include expertise in the following areas.
Data modeling and relational databases using SQL.
Building data warehouses and business intelligence reporting.
Experience with ETL tools and integration flows, ideally Blueway.
Proficiency with BI tools such as BIRST or Power BI.
Solid understanding of application interfaces and API management.
