We are seeking proactive Data Engineers and SQL Server Specialists across multiple career levels.

While our primary track prioritizes engineers with 3+ years of proven SQL Server & SSIS experience, motivated data professionals across all levels who demonstrate a strong foundation in database architecture and data pipelines are welcome to apply. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end data modeling, ETL pipeline architecture, query optimization, and technical collaboration across regional and overseas teams.

What You Will Do

Database Engineering & Architecture

Drive Microsoft SQL Server database design, development, unit testing, and continuous performance tuning.

ETL Pipeline Development

Build, optimize, and maintain robust ETL workflows using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for high-efficiency data extraction, transformation, and loading.

Complex SQL Logic & Query Optimization

Author maintainable, high-performance SQL scripts, complex stored procedures, user-defined functions, and triggers.

Performance Tuning & System Stability

Analyze and optimize existing SQL queries, indexing, and execution plans to enhance overall query throughput and database stability.

End-to-End Implementation

Independently drive data requirement analysis, conceptual/logical data modeling, schema implementation, and go-live deployment support.

Stakeholder & Cross-Border Delivery

Collaborate and communicate technically with business units and overseas teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery of data solutions.

Who We Are Looking For

Education

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Core Technical Mastery

Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, skilled in SSIS, and expert in writing and tuning complex SQL logic.

Experience Benchmarks

Priority Track (Intermediate to Senior)

3+ years of professional SQL Server development experience, with participation in at least 2 complete data-related project lifecycles.

Junior / Foundational Track

Strong hands-on academic, internship, or early-career exposure to relational SQL database development, ETL concepts, and data warehouse structures.

Language Proficiency

Good written and spoken communication skills in both Chinese and English (capable of basic technical communication in English) to facilitate seamless collaboration across our cross-border teams.

Professional Attributes

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, high sense of responsibility, proactive ownership, and excellent teamwork skills.

Bonus / Advantageous Assets

Full lifecycle project experience in Data Warehousing (DWH) or Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.

Hands-on exposure to cross-system data reconciliation or data modeling in large enterprise environments.
