Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data sorting, cleanup, validation, and maintenance in the Salsify platform.
• Review product information to identify missing, duplicate, incorrect, or inconsistent data.
• Update and organize product data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them.
• Follow established data management guidelines and quality standards.
• Track data cleanup progress and maintain reports on completed and pending tasks.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to clarify data-related issues.
• Meet daily productivity targets and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in data entry, data management, data validation, or data cleanup.
• Need to have a strong experience in Salsify Platform.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and data validation.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and missing information in large datasets.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
