Lead Data Engineer and first senior data hire at a fast-growing London startup building an AI platform for property management. You'll own data architecture, build and scale pipelines (Python, SQL, Apache Spark/Airflow/Kafka), and shape technical direction alongside the founders. On-site in London 4 days a week; salary up to £160k plus equity.
As Lead Data Engineer you will own the data architecture and build scalable data infrastructure to support an evolving AI platform. You will be the first senior data hire, collaborating with founders to shape the data function and technical direction.
