We expect you to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure that power our analytics and AI/ML systems. Your role will involve architecting robust ETL/ELT workflows, ensuring data quality and reliability across our platforms, and collaborating closely with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to deliver clean, well-structured data at scale.
You will play a key role in modernizing our data stack, optimizing query performance, and enabling real-time data processing capabilities. A strong emphasis will be placed on building systems that are maintainable, well‑documented, and aligned with healthcare data compliance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and pipeline development.
- Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Basic understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data modeling.
