This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Data Engineer who can build reliable, scalable data pipelines and gradually transition into developing AI and voice-agent solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong data engineering fundamentals and a keen interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and conversational systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows.
- Integrate structured and unstructured data from APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
- Build and manage data warehouses, data lakes, and real-time processing systems.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, security, and monitoring.
- Prepare data for AI, analytics, and machine-learning use cases.
- Gradually contribute to voice-agent workflows, including speech-to-text, text-to-speech, LLM integrations, and conversation analytics.
- Collaborate with AI, product, and engineering teams to develop production-ready AI solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data modelling, and workflow orchestration.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of tools such as Airflow, Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, and real-time data processing.
- Strong interest in learning and working with LLMs, voice AI, and agentic workflows within the next six months.
