Data Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Snowflake data models aligned with business requirements.
• Develop and optimise complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and CTEs for scalable data solutions.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines with incremental load strategies on Snowflake.
• Perform query performance tuning and ensure efficient execution across large datasets.
• Apply SQL window functions (ROW_NUMBER, RANK, DENSE_RANK, QUALIFY) for advanced analytics.
• Conduct data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation between source and target systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights and support healthcare workflows.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and best practices in Snowflake environments.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in Snowflake and SQL development.
• Exposure to healthcare domain workflows (Claims, Eligibility, HMIS) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams across geographies.
