THE ROLE
We are looking for a Data Engineer to turn scattered business data into reliable, usable datasets. You will build Python and SQL pipelines, connect databases and business systems, and improve the quality of data used by our applications and AI features. This is a hands-on engineering role with ownership from source integration to production operation.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build and maintain ETL / ELT pipelines connecting databases, APIs, files, ERP and CRM systems.
• Clean, validate, transform and reconcile data; handle schema changes, duplicates and missing values.
• Design practical relational and analytical data models and maintain clear definitions and lineage.
• Write efficient SQL and Python, improve query performance and troubleshoot pipeline failures.
• Implement incremental loads, scheduling, retries and monitoring so data stays current and dependable.
• Build reusable connectors and services with tests, documentation and version control.
• Protect customer data through appropriate access controls, tenant isolation and secure credential handling.
• Work with software and AI engineers to make data accessible for applications, analytics and retrieval.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT AND BENEFITS

• You must be physically based in Taiwan. East District, Tainan is the primary work location, with a flexible hybrid arrangement.
• Availability for in-person collaboration and occasional customer visits within Taiwan.
• Salary based on experience, with staged increases linked to defined company revenue milestones.
