These hires will help build and modernise the firm's enterprise data capabilities, creating scalable platforms that support investment research, portfolio management, risk analytics and data-driven decision-making across multiple asset classes.
What they are looking for: Strong, hands-on
Databricks
engineering experience Solid commercial experience with
AWS (essential) Strong programming ability, particularly in
Python Experience designing and delivering scalable data pipelines and platforms Good understanding of data architecture, engineering standards and production-quality development Ability to work closely with architects, engineers and business stakeholders For one VP position, experience managing permanent engineers and external vendors
These are genuinely hands-on positions. Even at VP level, candidates should remain technically engaged and comfortable contributing to design, development and delivery.
