A leading banking client is seeking a Data Engineering Lead / Technical Delivery Lead who can combine hands‑on Python engineering with leadership and delivery ownership.
You’ll lead enterprise data engineering initiatives whilst remaining technically hands‑on, driving architecture, delivery and engineering best practice across the team.
This role offers a genuine blend of leadership and engineering, with around 30–50% hands‑on development.
