You will provide hands-on technical leadership across data engineering, helping shape platform capability and future strategy.
This role is focused on technical ownership, platform improvement and team leadership.
Responsibilities

- Define data architecture, modelling and tooling standards.
- Shape long-term data strategy.
- Manage key internal and external stakeholders.
Essential skills
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers.
- Expertise in data platforms and data modelling.
- Strong AWS experience.
- Ability to drive technical decisions and delivery.
