As Data Engineering Lead, you will architect and optimize data pipelines for the Cockpit Data Factory, ensuring secure, scalable data solutions. You will lead a cross-functional data team and align technical delivery with product vision and stakeholder needs. Your work will improve data quality, drive insights, and advance AXA GO data maturity. This role offers impact across AXA entities and external partners within a modern, Agile data engineering environment.
Responsabilidades- Design, develop, and maintain data ingestion, transformation, and storage components for the Cockpit Data Factory
- Lead a team of data specialists and collaborate with AXA GO products and entities
- Define the data pipeline roadmap aligned with product vision and AXA GO priorities
- Ensure security, scalability, cost-effectiveness, and quality of service across data solutions
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training; promote continuous improvement
- Coordinate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Maintain documentation and oversee upgrades, patches, and performance optimization
